Why can't one of the mods mediate these cases and rule on them. The debtors payup or go on the deadbeat list. I know this is a small issue in the big picture but as gamblers integrity is everything and we need to protect that. There may only be 2 or 3 cases but it could be much more and some posters only take the high road. Just an idea.

From a bet Fishhead. I learned that it isnt a good idea to use these forums for bets. I agree with the forum's position on that issue. However, money owed before the forum decided that no poster vs. poster bets would be allowed should still be paid.

Of course its not a wise move, but that isnt the point. The point is that we trusted these people to live up to their end of the deal if they lost, and they scammed us. That is like saying to all the posters on this board who got robbed by aces gold, etc, " too bad, anyone who sends their money to a stranger in another country its not a wise move". Maybe it isnt a wise move, but that doesnt justify Charlie robbing people like that.
